The breakfast is OK. The location is good, near tourist center. There are many restaurants and mini marts nearby. Easy to exchange money. Great strategic location to hike in Petra.

Excellent location, modern hotel and friendly staff!
The reception staff (Zeiyed, Hamman and Ahmed) were friendly and very accommodating. They let us check in early and check out late while we were waiting for our bus. They also gave us some tips for visiting Petra. The rooms were moderns and newly renovated with Smart TV. Excellent locations only 5 minute walk from Petra visitor center.

A good hotel to stay in to visit Petra and value for money.
A good location for the entrance to Petra. The buffet dinner and breakfast was good. The Catering manager was very friendly and attentive, thank you!
Our room was quite dark as the window was overlooking a wall but as we didn't spend much time in it wasn't a problem. The bathroom was functional but the toilet was just behind the door making it quite cramped! A bottle of water would have been preferable to the 2 small plastic cups of water we had. Also a mug instead of paper cups for tea.

What was the highlight of La Maison Hotel
Superb stay.
This has to be the best located and value for money hotel in Petra. Literally 5 minutes from the entrance to the ruins. Clean, spotless room, helpful friendly reception staff with good language skills. Excellent breakfast and evening buffet meal. Tremendous variety of food and so many delightful desserts! Tasty main courses and so many different salads. The dining experience was made special by the experienced, senior restaurant manager. Whether it was a single lady, an infant or a large tour group he managed everything so effortlessly. Thank you.
